There’s just something magical about shooting in the fall. The tones, the light, and the colors of the leaves are just perfection. It’s easily my favorite time of year. On the day of my session with the beautiful Morales family it rained for 6 hours straight. I was in contact with Jen throughout the day and we went back and forth on whether or not we should reschedule the session, or go ahead as planned. The weather looked as if it were going to cooperated for the time of the shoot, but I was a little nervous about the location being a muddy swamp because of all the rain. Needless to say we decided to keep things as is and I’m so glad we did. Jen stopped at the store on the way to the shoot and grabbed the cutest little briefs for the boys and matching rainboots and let the go to town jumping in puddles and splashing in the mud after we got through the family portion. I won’t be sharing those photos on here, but my goodness did we all have so much fun watching them play. No better way to end such a beautiful evening!
